The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

We are a working beef farm and can look after your bikes/motorbikes on site in a safe environment. Our house, "Abhaile" meaning at home, is a welcoming, bright, warm, newly refurbished house in the colourful and welcoming village of Allihies. It is a 3mins stroll from the village and a 10mins stroll to Ballydonegan Beach. It is well furnished, spacious and will be very comfortable for your stay. From here you can explore and enjoy the beautiful Beara penninsula, Wild Atlantic Way, Dursey and Bere Island and travel the Ring of Kerry.

The Hideaway @ Three Castle Head

The Hideaway at Three Castle Head is truly unique property situated at the head of a beautiful valley with not another house in sight and surrounded only by wild nature. The views from the cabin are breathtaking with Dunlough Castle in the near distance, the lake beside it and the wild Atlantic ocean stretching off to Beara Peninsula across the water. Photographs just don't capture the true majesty of the place.
