Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Little Lake house, situated right next to a serene lake, boasted luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Guests will enjoy a 1906 Victorian home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, dining room, living room, tv room, kitchen w/new appliances, sunroom, washer and dryer, onsite parking for two vehicles, with exterior motion light security cameras. This getaway is located in rural Chichester, New Hampshire, which is situated 15 minutes from the capital city of Concord, 30 minutes from Manchester- Boston Regional Airport, 50 minutes from the seacoast, and 1 hour from New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains.

Treetop Sanctuary

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. 4wd/awd during winter pls.

Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment - King Bed, 2 Bath

Peaceful 5.5 acre property located in the quiet, centrally-located town of Bow NH. Large, custom built apartment with a huge deck, 4 burner grill, and propane fire pit. All under the shade of massive, 100+ year old hardwoods. Apartment has a very roomy feel with a wide stairway and many hardwood accents built from wood cut and milled on the property. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need for a one night or one month stay. Large bedrooms with one king bed and one queen.

A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The cabin has room for two inside (Two Twin or single King mattress options), but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

G-Frame Off-Grid Cabin Retreat + Sauna

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
