Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Beautiful refurbished 2 bed house

Upgraded house with ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. New bathroom with riverstone shower alcove. Great covered deck area. Beautiful modern kitchen with dishwasher. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to move. 2km from city and Adelaide oval 1.3km Entertainment centre. 1.3km from Hindmarsh stadium 4.5km to airport 1km shopping centre, 2.5km to Adelaide oval. 850m walk to tram station on direct route to Adelaide Central markets, Wayville show grounds and Glenelg.

Our dog friendly home is fully fenced and presents beautifully with quality furnishings throughout, with exceptional everyday conveniences all within walking distance. A fantastic location to base yourself from for events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and Adelaide Oval.

Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, 10mins to the beach and 15 minutes to the city. Ideal for families or 2-3 couples. Easy access to public transport and Linear park. Walking distance to restaurants cafes and shopping centre. Enzos at home conveniently located at the end of the street. Large backyard with alfresco dining and open plan living area. A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Guest access Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please.

My place is conveniently situated half way between the city and beach on a quiet street, less than a 10 minute drive to the airport, Entertainment Centre and supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to Linear park/Torrens river/bike trail, public transport, playground, public tennis courts, restaurants and 24 hr OTR. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
