The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Enjoy large outdoor area including private pool during summer (shared). Due to Airbnb’s new policy, their service fees are now required to be paid by the host rather than the guest. Our nightly rates have been adjusted upward to absorb their rate. We Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' also. No parties, pool or otherwise.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Relax and unwind in this colorful, stylish ranch home, located in the desirable Pine Valley neighborhood! Dogs are welcome, but note the back yard is not enclosed! This updated home is conveniently located 6 minutes from Parkview Hospital and 16 minutes from downtown. Keep the kids busy with three TV's. Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
