The cabin is off the grid/no electricity, with modern conveniences like solar for lights, LP gas powered refrigerator, and a composting toilet. The property contains 100 acres of forest, trails, and abundant wildlife. Swain Mountain Ski Resort is just 4 miles South, and 7,700 acres of NYS Wild Life Management Area is only 1/2 mile East!

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in (CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY),hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore.
