This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the villa. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge. Heated pool surcharge

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp. Overdag ontdek je de omgeving of geniet je van zee en zon. Daarna een duik in ons nieuwe zwembad en sluit je de dag af met een goede wijn.
