The apartment is in the beautiful seaside suburb of Varkiza, only 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach. It has a PRIVATE TERRACE with fantastic sunrise view to the sea and it is fully airconditioned! The elevator in the building will take you to the fourth floor and there is a staircase to lead you to the fifth . Gorgeous modern apartment right across the beach!

This beautifully renovated apartment is located in the town of Varkiza. Its location couldn’t be more central! When exiting the apartment building you will immediately find bakeries, cafes and Varkiza resort beach right across the road. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything you might need is at a short walking distance. The flat includes a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony. Ideal for couples and families!

Newly remodeled on the beach, with a yard. Centrally-located place with beautiful upscale shops and wonderful vibrant restaurants. Swim, shop and wonderful food in same location all within walking distance. One side of the building is the waterfront the other side is the upscale shops and restaurants. No car needed all within walking distance. Bus and tram, are also available within walking distance.

A modern house 70 square with 10 square yard near the sea. large kitchen, lovely rooms and a large balcony.There is a tram opposite that you can go to the center of Athens or to the whole coastal zone. There is also a bus (X96) from the airport with a stop in front of the house
