This house allows you to live moments of rest after an unforgettable day at the beach or at the “Valley of Temples”, as from there you can easily enjoy the enchanting parts of Agrigento. In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'interno è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cottura, un bagno e al piano superiore la stanza da letto, il tutto arredato scrupolosamente con grande cura e dotato di ogni comfort. E' previsto un posto auto riservato nel Parcheggio Centro Storico Dafne di Cefalù.

Situata a 1000 metri di altitudine, questa antica dimora vi regalerà una vista mozzafiato sull’Etna : uno spettacolo naturale che cambia volto a ogni ora del giorno. Qui il tempo sembra fermarsi. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. La proprietà è una porzione di un antico casale di fine 800, immerso all'interno del parco archeologico della Valle dei templi. La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

Casa dislocata su 3 livelli con scale interne. Appartamento compreso di taverna, mansarda ed una terrazza panoramica da dove ammirare il piccolo paese nel cuore delle madonie. L'abitazione ha una moderna cucina con piano cottura ad induzione e lavastoviglie. Causa scale NON adatta alle persone con disabilità motoria.

At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
