Az egyik irányba a belváros sétálóutcája, a Kárász utca 150 méterre, míg a másik irányba ugyanilyen távolságra a Tisza partját érheted el. A híres Dóm tér sincs messze, ahol a Szegedi Szabadtéri Játékokat rendezik, mindössze 200 méteres séta választ el tőle.

Ceo objekat je namešten u autentičnom stilu seoskog ambijenta. Dve terase za odmor i druženje i veliko dvorište. Ima mogućnost za smeštaj kućnih ljubimaca. Banja Kanjiža je na udaljenosti od 7 km. Nema stalnu posadu, samo po potrebi. Doručak nije u ponudi.
