Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Ten minutes from two Rivers, Indian River and the St Lawrence. Twenty minutes from Black Lake and just minutes from several local Lakes. Butterfield, Clear, Lake of the Woods, Millsite are just a few. We have U shaped driveway easy in and out for your boat. Ten minutes from Alexandria Bay and Twenty five minutes from Watertown.

It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.
