Modern Cottage in Historic McKinney, Texas

Historic with a modern flair! This cozy modern cottage is just a five-minute walk from the Historic Downtown McKinney square where you'll find shopping, fabulous restaurants, pubs, wine tasting and more. This beautiful cottage was built in 1953 and enjoys the rich history of old McKinney. Completely renovated in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Decorated with an industrial flair, this cottage connects the present to the past. Nestled in the Historic District of McKinney you'll relax with all the modern comforts of home. After enjoying shopping and dining downtown, stroll back home to spend time with friends inside or on the back deck. Amazing Location Our cottage is less than a mile from the Cotton Mill, near many other wedding Venues, one mile from Tupps Brewery, and just a 12-minute drive to TPC Craig Ranch (the new home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament). Walking Distance Attractions include: All downtown McKinney Restaurants, Wineries, Pubs, Bars, Shops, and festivals! Favorite spots in downtown McKinney are The Yard (restaurant / bar with outdoor games, fire pits, also family friendly), Ricks Steakhouse (also has a really cool bar located in the back of the restaurant with live music on the weekends), Harvest (healthy farm fresh food from local sources) & Landon Winery. The Cottage Our cottage sleeps up to five with one king sized bed and one double bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. There is high speed WIFI access and three TV's with Netflix. You can also connect TV's to your personal Hulu, Prime Video, Ruko, HBO, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, kitchen towels, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, etc. Laundry facilities include a full-sized washer and dryer. The backyard has a beautiful deck.

Beautifully decorated with design elements to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Newly renovated with open concept living, dining, & kitchen. Conveniently located minutes from downtown, restaurants, shopping, & cafes. After a fun-filled day, craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen & relax in the spacious backyard! If working remote, fast Wi-Fi comes standard. Truly a gem!

Beautifully renovated 2nd-floor apartment located in a historic church building, one block from downtown Mckinney Square, near an abundance of shops and eateries, directly across from The Yard restaurant. Parking & wifi is included. The apartment comes with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. In the private bedroom, you will enjoy the lush, king-size bed and the unique, retractable ceiling fan/chandelier. All proceeds will support the mission of GracePoint, including foreign missions.

Contemporary Full Studio w/kitchen in McKinney!

Come enjoy everything McKinney has to offer. You'll be located just 10 minutes away from Historic Downtown McKinney. You can enjoy various dining options and wineries. This adorable studio is very comfortable. It is only about a year old and has its own A/C unit. It is an open space with the bedroom, living and kitchen area open. Please note that this is an independent studio with its own separate entrance. The backyard is shared with the main house. SUPER CLEAN & NO CARPET!

Located within 1 mile of Historic Downtown McKinney. The kitchen has all you need to create a great meal. Relax outside in the fenced back yard with covered seating area.
