Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

Accessed via a private courtyard - there is a study with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and then on the first floor 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one ensuite with kitchen and living area. The apartment has a luxurious but very comfortable feel.
