Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Crane Lodge is in a private garden set back from the main house in a secluded wooded area 5 minutes from Orford. This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. We also welcome up to two dogs.

The Old Customs House - cottage in Aldeburgh

This beautiful romantic cottage is in a prime position on Aldeburgh High Street located just a minutes walk to Aldeburgh beach, shops and restaurants. This iconic and charming property is believed to be one of the oldest in Aldeburgh and is thought to date back to the 18th century. The property has distinctive and unusual stone steps leading to a high level front door – the possible entrance for the Custom office – with storage below, perhaps for contraband.
