The Rothschild Museum, Tring Brewery & Tring Park are all a short walk away while the Ashridge estate, Ivinghoe Beacon & Tring reservoirs, are a short drive away for walking, cycling & bird watchers. Tring Station provides a fast link directly into London.

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Badgers Retreat is a charming, compact two bedroom cottage centrally located in the picturesque and sought after village of Aldbury. The cottage is situated within easy distance of all the village amenities and attractions, as well as the delights of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside that surrounds the village. Aldbury has two pubs serving food, a village store and post office, a church and local primary school. London Euston is 40 minutes away by train from Tring station.
