MY LX FLAT Newly Renovated Designer Lisbon Abode

Considering that COVID 19 is one problem all over the world, MY LX FLAT is taking extra precautions in the cleaning process of our apartments, sanitizing and disinfecting the entire home because we truly care about keeping our guests healthy. We are complying with all directives issued by CDC (Disease Control and Prevention Center). The apartment Open the door to this inviting sanctuary complete with neighborhood roof-top views. The interior boasts sumptuous yet modern furnishings in blue and grey hues set amongst a rustic/industrial design style. Re-claimed wood accents complete this home. The apartment is in the heart of the famous Castle area but in a very quite street . It couldn't be better located, from there you can visit , at walking distance, the most interesting points in Lisbon like St.º Jorge Castle, Sé Cathedral , Alfama, Chiado, Feira da Ladra, Downtown or the Lisbon River Side. You’re also a few steps from the most famous view point of Lisbon “Miradouro Portas do Sol” and walking distance from “Miradouro da Graça”. Inside the apartment you will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, cable tv, wifi and cable internet, american kitchen with washing and drying machine, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (4), hairdryer. In the bathroom you have a fantastic shower. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed and two single beds in the sofás. The famous “Tram 28” passes just 100 mts from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included as well as hair and body shower gel, body lotion and liquid soap. The apartment is located in Alfama next to Castelo de S.Jorge in the heart of Lisbon. Stroll along the picturesque streets full of history and color. Small shops and restaurants for locals are a world apart from the more touristy parts of the city.

This luxurious apartment, just completely renovated, is close to the world's coolest neighborhood for 2022 - named by Time Out, Cais do Sodré, and the design district - Santos. 5-minutes to the Time Out Market and next to the Bica Elevator that leads directly to Bairro Alto, and Chiado neighborhoods. Also close to Terreiro do Paço, Tagus river, Rossio, São Jorge´s castle and to the historical Belem Monastery. This extraordinary location is very close to the metro station and train to Cascais.

Alfama (3 people) near the river and subway

Sunny and spacious apartment for 3 people near Baixa, the river and the subway. Alfama is the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon, full of life, restaurants, cafes, fado houses, old churches and monuments. From here you can walk to almost all the historic neighborhoods. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator, you have to climb 15 steps) with two balconies that overlook a busy and sometimes noisy street. With Wi-Fi and TV with android box.
