Villa Vo’scura’ blu ha accesso alla Piscina riscaldata con cascata e idromassaggio (che si trova in un area comune del residence ) ha accesso all’area solarium con lettini ombrelloni e un bagno completo di doccia. La casa primo piano ha una cucina soggiorno con divano letto, una camera quadrupla, una camera doppia e un’ampia veranda vista mare per un totale di 8 posti letto. Un’altra veranda é fornita di barbecue . Il parcheggio é privato per due auto con cancello elettrico indipendente.

Arrivare da noi è un’ esperienza. Lasciata la s.s.113 si percorre per 800m una strada sterrata, attraverso oliveti e vigneti di piccoli poderi. Pian piano si sale si aprono scorci di mare da un lato e sul tempio di Segesta dall’altro. La strada è maltenuta e in alcuni punti difficile, ma si, ne varrà la pena!

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
