Historic Home on 4 Acres - Hot Tub, Pool, Tiki Bar

Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Hilltop Haven -Nestled in Nature

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Yurt Glamping on a Magical Goat Farm

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

The Henhouse Retreat- Hot tub, fire pit

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

Bright, Comfortable Stay for Families & Groups

For guests staying an extended period, optional housekeeping services are available to help keep your space clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Our clean‑up crew is available on Thursdays, and the service is offered at $30 per hour. If you’d like to schedule a cleaning, just send a message and we’ll be happy to arrange it. If you prefer not to use the housekeeping service, no problem — your stay will simply include the standard cleaning fee.

This newly remodeled home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the busy day-to-day life. Perfectly located on Rock Creeks no-wake lake, you'll find yourself only minutes away from Grinnell, Pella, Newton, Marshalltown, and Sully. Known for its fishing, you can also find a beautiful beach for swimming or a picnic on the west shore. Enjoy the trails and start on your 13-mile hike, bike or snowmobile around the lake or rent a boat from the Marina.

Happy Valley is located at the end of a peaceful 4 mile gravel road. If you are looking for a peaceful nature get away this is your place. This 4 bedroom, 1896 farm house, is nestled in a beautiful valley on Clear Creek. Farm is located 25 minutes from Ames and Marshalltown. Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.

New construction. Directly accessible from HWY 65, this 720 square foot house has a covered porch and a back yard. We are less than 30 minutes from Des Moines, Altoona, Ames, Marshalltown, Ankeny, and Newton. On site washer/dryer, close to several grocery/convenience stores, drive way parking, fully equipped kitchen, and about a 1/4 of a mile from the Heart of Iowa Trail. Access to 24/7 community fitness center.

The Ranch House - Entire Lodge at the Wolfe Ranch

Peaceful stay on an active working ranch near Marshalltown. Guests reserve the entire Lodge living space (kitchen, dining, fireplace, coffee bar). Please note: staff maintain office space within the Lodge and are present in designated areas during business hours (M-Th & Sat 11–3). The Lodge also houses our Cat Lounge in a separate area. Ranch activity and animals are part of the experience.

Tiny Cozy Cottage

Experience the cozy feeling in our tiny 400 sq ft. home. Staying close to those you love and want to share this space with. Yet live big in our tiny home with full sized appliances, spacious fenced yard, large picture windows drawing in the sun. We are just a block from the Riverview Park and trail. It is calm industrial / residential on the north edge of Marshalltown.

Relax with the whole family at your country getaway. Very peaceful and quiet summer or winter. Beautiful setting. Plenty of room for a large family or friend gathering. Screened in back porch overlooking fire pit. Very well stocked kitchen. Man cave type garage included with rental right off pool area. No pets please.
