Spotless Modern Steps from the Best Shops and Restaurants.

New Construction! Grab a snack from a local food cart and kick back under the backyard parasol with a good book. This light-flooded space blends crisp white decor with rich teal accents, cheerful pops of yellow, and calming abstract art for a well-rounded look. There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement of the house so no loud noise, large gatherings after 11 pm (quiet hours). There is a $50 cleaning fee for pets. I personally built this house and I have been an Airbnb host for over 2 years and love being able to offer my home to caring respectful guests. Guests rent the entire top unit/main house. This has a private entrance only accessible by guests. Around the back of the house is a shared bbq, patio, tables, etc. Mississippi is a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop, see a show, go to a gallery, and relax on the patio and watch people bike by. There is a co-op 4 blocks away for groceries and a Whole Foods around 10 minutes' walk away. The house is a 3 minute walk to a bus stop and less that 10 minute walk to the Max (public train) station. There is plenty of parking on the street. There are dogs on the property but they do not have access to the house. If you bring your own pet there is an extra $50 cleaning fee. Please leave this on the counter for the cleaner when you check out.

Lovely, light-filled, peaceful, spacious, newly built sanctuary cottage w/small enclosed, private backyard in quaint neighborhood. Amenities: heated concrete floors, queen bed, washer/dryer, rain shower, skylights, wifi, parking, workspace, TV, kitchen, fan, air conditioner, shared hot tub. Walk/bike/bus to shops, bars & restaurants on Fremont & Sandy to enjoy the local fare and vibe. By car: 10 min to PDX, 5-7 min to Hollywood & Alberta Districts, 15-20 min to Downtown, Pearl, NW Districts.

Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee is based on the duration of long-term guests and due to COVID-19 deep cleaning protocols. The cleaning fee will be reduced for guests staying one week or less. There is a kitchenette; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, and no cats.

Portland Sanctuary

Modern mid century boho chic two bedroom apartment unit in a gorgeous private craftsman bungalow home built in 1910. The unit is spacious, cool and provides ample room for a cozy stay. You will find new appliances in both the bathroom and kitchen. Both bedrooms are outfitted with tempurpedic mattresses and clean linens and towels and accented with local Pendleton prints. Backyard is shared. We do have chickens in the backyard and if you like fresh eggs we are happy to drop off some off.

Walk two blocks to NW 23rd for a wide variety of stellar restaurants and shopping or take a 10min walk to get to the heart of the city or to the famous trails of forest park. Easy access to transportation all over the city just steps away. View Mt. Hood from the front porch or relax with your own large private yard and let your pets run.
