Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Op het grote dakterras kijk je niet alleen 360 graden rond over de heuvels van Rojales, maar het terras heeft ook een eigen lift en een zwembad (deze deel je niet met anderen) Binnen 5 minuten rijden is Ciudad Quesada bereikbaar.

Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

Dispone de 1 habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, baño, cocina y salón con sofá cama de apertura italiana. Todo el apartamento dispone de tarima flotante. La joya principal es su terraza, donde podréis disfrutar de maravillosos momentos, con vistas a las montañas de Aitana y Aixortà, y al fondo el pico de Bernia y el mar, Esperamos que os encante.

Das Haus ist freistehend, neben dem Haus ist sein eigenes Gebiet, wo es einen Swimmingpool (6*3 Meter) und ein Erholungsgebiet und Esszimmer. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.

Free wifi access is available. Guests have access to a beautifull shared pool .
