Located across the road from the beach at Emu Point, total relaxation is just a short walk away. Emu Point Beach Front Cottage takes you back the good old days of beach living.

Please be aware that if you are bringing pets, you will need to contact the office to arrange payment. The price quoted by Airbnb does not include pet fees. Pets are charged at $25 per night for one pet and $45 per night for 2 or more pets. You will need to supply valid credit/debit card details to confirm your pets stay.

If you are on holidays, it should feel like a holiday! Just walk over the sand dunes to a pristine beach on Middleton Bay. Listen to the sound of the sea from this modern and spacious open plan Villa. The Middleton Bay Beach Villa is quiet, secluded yet a short drive or walk from the action! Relaxing, fully equipped, newly renovated, comfortably appointed, located in the Albany Golf Course. A cycle/walk track at the rear of villa runs from at Middleton beach to Emu point.

Each unit sleeps four adults (one queen room, two single beds), with casual bedding available for an additional two (child) guests for an extra charge. Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.

Beach Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious holiday villa by the beach. Listen to the waves from the front door or take the path and walk the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a bike path that leads one way to Middleton Beach and the other way to Emu Point. Albany Golf Club is also a short walk and non members are welcome.
