☀️With 180 degrees panoramic views from east to west.The apartment is 7.9 km from airport TIA ✈️and 8.8 km from center of Tirana🌇 It’s easy to find in center of Kamza Town, the main road that lead to Tirana. On the first floor there are a series of facilities such as Bank, Exchange , supermarkets, Coffee, Pharmacy stores, bus stations etc. Easily visited places are Boville Lake, Kruja Castle, Preza Castle the center of Tirana. The lift is taken up from the 3rd floor.(1,2 floors are business space)

Spacious apartment in the heart of Tirana.

A comfortable, lovely apartment in the finest neighborhood of the city offering tons of best shopping, dining, nightlife options and best opportunity to enjoy and explore Tirana. It's fully furnished with an abundance of all home amenities and has lots of space, natural sunlight, and great views. Former residence of Enver Hoxha, Checkpoint Monument, BunkArt2, the government institutions and other attractions are extremely close to the building. No need for taxi, everything is on the doorstep..

CENTRAL Joy's apart. - (1+1 +2wc) 3 Min to Beach

Joy's apartment is Brand New* Cozy Place created with love. It's central, 3min. from the beach, in a quiet road were you can easy find a parking place. Markets,restorants , banks etc.etera , are in walking distance. The house has wifi, aircondition in both rooms, 2 Full Toilets, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine .Guests can enjoy as well the seating area in open space outside the building. Above all i enjoy the hospitality and I'm determinated to ofer to my guests a great experience.
