It's a short walk to utilize the People Mover Bus system. This is a pet-free, smoke-free home. Enjoy the views with frequent wildlife sightings.

For the rainy days, there is plenty of indoor amenities to keep you busy including a hot tub, pool table, poker table, sauna, & more!

Just beyond Anchorage & Wasilla before you head to Denali or Fairbanks. Accessible right off the Parks Highway—11 peaceful acres waiting for you to enjoy. The perfect basecamp for recreational activities year round…local or visitor! Summer? Fish in Willow Creek. Kayak/canoe/SUP around Nancy Lakes or our property with gear on site. Hike Hatcher Pass or ATV in the woods & up mountains. Winter? Ski, snowmachine, or fatbike on nearby trails. Relax in the sauna or cozy up under the aurora.

Quaint rural cabin near Hatcher Pass

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Send a private message we offer pets with a cleaning deposit.

Hodson's Hot Tub House

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is Plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear. Or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room down stairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.

Minimalist, elegant, and spacious house in the heart of everything. Being centrally located from downtown and the harbor makes this space the perfect spot for travelers that would like to access this entire quaint town on foot. You would be waking up to incredible views of the mountains all around the property. Additionally, Mount Marathon is only a block away, a strenuous but extremely rewarding hike that’s an institution in Seward and a legend around Alaska!
