You will feel at home in this cozy duplex that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that has private areas, great neighbors, and a great location. Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Our home has comfortable beds with a king size bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. We also have many additional amenities including a game room in the garage and a gas fire pit on the back patio to keep everyone entertained. (STR 2998)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

A cozy tiny little house that is located in the San Luis Valley. The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. You can put your feet up as you sit on the porch and listen to the Ro Grande flow and immerse yourself in all that the ranch has to offer. Relax and enjoy your stay.
