Mary foi extremamente atenciosa desde o primeiro dia de contato. O apto é muito confortável, lençóis e toalhas ótimas! Cozinha com todos os utensílios para o café da manhã. Garagem ótima e localização de fácil acesso para todos os lugares em LA. Super recomendo.

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Nicole's place was in a great location and perfect for a couple or small family. Having access to park a car was very convenient although we did not need a car as everything was within walking distance. Only steps from the beach and many restaurants. The space was clean and the full kitchen was great to cook meals if you wanted. There is a small market a few blocks away and a Von's within walking distance. We would definitely stay hear again.

Very small but also roomy, was very clean and had good amenities to use. Ashlon was very responsive and was very helpful.

What a gem. Lovely place and tastefully decorated. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This was in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location; close to the bay, 2nd street and the beach. Owner was quick to respond and great to work with.

Very nice building with restaurants, gym, and rooftop lounge & clubhouse. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Well stocked kitchen and a very nice bathroom. I did have to request the actual address. It is different than the one immediately given when booking. Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend for nice stay in K Town.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Lovely little place in a great neighborhood and area. I would easily recommend to a friend and come back next time!

Il mio soggiorno in questa casa è stato davvero fantastico! L’host Fabio è stato super disponibile e comunicativo, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Inoltre, parla molto bene italiano, il che ha reso la comunicazione ancora più semplice. La casa corrispondeva esattamente alle foto, pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

Home is lovely and comfortable. Jonathan was a great host! Responsive and went the extra mile to order and have delivered a blender, which we appreciated. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Lovely apartment, as described. Having secure parking was a huge bonus. Communication with Sam was easy, instructions were clear and they were super responsive to any needs. Would stay here again!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Adorei a estadia, o espaço é exatamente como as fotos, localização ótima. O apartamento é super equipado, tem tudo para uma estadia curta e longa. O Adam foi muito pro ativo, respondia super rápido e me ajudou muito no envio de um item que esqueci no apartamento. Super recomendo !!!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

It was a nice, large apartment, and it was great to have parking. However, it was difficult to find the key box, and the location didn't seem very secure. I was also looking for check out instructions (i.e. what to do with trash, dishes, etc) We didn't spend alot of time in the apartment. I would definitely stay again.
