Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.

This is our house we have been remodeling and use as our own little getaway on date night, it’s far from upscale fancy, but it is cozy and with a soak in the hot tub can even be romantic. Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.
