Situated in Bodrum/Yalikavak the villa has a modern feel together with luxurious amenities. Twenty minutes from Yalikavak marina your vacation rental boasts magnificent sea views and a breath taking sunset. All four bedrooms have floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean. The newly built house comes with: high speed wifi (fiber optic), air conditioning throughout, Apple TV, a large screen TV, a Nespresso machine, fully furbished kitchen, and Weber barbecue.

Dairenin üst katında sadece sizin kullanımınıza ait lebiderya deniz manzarası olan bir teras bulunmaktadır. Daire; bir oturma odası, (2 kişilik 160x200 cm visco yatak) , banyo/wc , açık mutfak, ve balkondan oluşmaktadır.. Yaklaşık 50 metrekaredir. Sitemizin bulunduğu yer bir yokuşunda tepesinde olduğundan araçla gelinmesi önerilmektedir.

Yaklaşık 2 kilometre uzunluğundaki Turgutreis plajı, Bodrum plajlarının en iyileri arasındadır. Akşamları, Bodrumun en güzel gün batımını seyrederek , akşam yemeğinizi alabilirsiniz. Turgutreis’den Bodrumun diğer beldelerine ulaşım kolay ve yakındır. Rahatlıkla tüm Bodrumu gezebililirsiniz.

Lovely garden, a large terrace & 2 large balconies. Noiseless, other than birds' singing. Recently renovated, very spacious and fully furnished. Very close to Akyarlar and Karaincir Beaches (400/ 600m, 5/ 8 minutes’ walking distance to each). Baby & children friendly. (Staircase safety doors, bassinet & highchair for kids are available). Pets are welcome! Available weekly / monthly Have fun with the whole family or with friends at this peaceful place.

Gorgeous Aegean Sea Dream

Gorgeous very spacious new sea view garden apartment, you will feel incredibly relaxed, peaceful and inspired. Outside is the expansive marble garden patio with chaise long and umbrella, and a dining table in the shade. Inside is a large open kitchen, rustic stone floors and living space. The house is on a hill so while it is preferable to have a car it is also possible to walk to the beaches, nearby shops and bakery, restaurants, and local minibuses.

Bodrum Akyarlar da 2+1 Yazlık Ev

Hello,If you have any question about house please ask me! Sea is by walking approximately 700-800 meters.House is 85 Meters and 2 +1 rooms.There are lots of groceries around home. Pool is open season time.(15June-15 September) It is rule of Airbnb in Turkey like hotel. During check in time to home please provide passport number or Turkish ID,birth dates and country of passport. Thank you 🙏🏻

It is located in Akcabuk Bay which is surrounded by the most visited beaches in Bodrum such as Akcabuk Beach, Meteor Beach, Karaincir Beach, Aspat Beach, and Camel Beach. It is a 10-minute walk to Akcabuk Beach, 1.2km away from Akyarlar Center and 20km away from Bodrum City Center.
