Sauna lämpiää kivikorikiukaan voimin ja yläkerrassa majoittuu hyvin neljä henkeä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, pesukone ja kuivauskaappi pyykkihuoltoon ja tehokas 200 Mbps valokuituyhteys vaikkapa etätyöskentelyyn. Vuokra ei sisällä loppusiivousta, vaan majoittuja vastaa siitä. Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.
