Tervetuloa viettämään rentouttavaa pohjoisen lomaa! Meidän asunnosta pääset helposti ulkoilemaan sekä kesällä että talvella ja tekemistä on loputtomasti! Alue on rauhallinen ja terassilla aurinko paistaa läpi päivän, sauna lämmittää iltaisin. Mukavuutta lisää ilmalämpöpumppu joka tuo tarpeen mukaan sekä viileyttä että lämpöä. Keskustaan on talvella järven yli lyhyt matka, tietä pitkin 2,5km ja ladut kulkevat 300 metrin päässä. Lähellä on myös leikkipuisto ja skibussin pysäkki 200 metrin päässä.

Rentoudu rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä Nilituvassa, Nilivaaran alueella. Nilivaara on Kesänkitunturin kupeessa. Kesällä ulkoilureitit lähtevät muutaman sadan metrin päästä ja talvella hiihtoladut sekä talvipolut. Vierailun hintaan sisältyy aina päiväretkitarvikkeet (reppu, kaasukeitin, pannu, kuksat, termospullo, tulitikut) sekä talvisin lumikengät ja sauvat. Täällä pääset rauhalliseen ympäristöön, joka on lähellä palveluja. Asunto sijaitsee n.2 km Jounin Kaupalta ja palveluiden keskittymästä.

Syksylle 2021 valmistunut mökinomainen ja viihtyisä rivitalohuoneisto on erinomainen tukikohta lomille. Huoneistolla on keskeinen sijainti, joten tavoitat mm. kaupat, ravintolat, safariyritykset ja välinevuokraamot helposti kävellen. Lentokenttä- ja junabussilla pääsee lähes pihatielle. Myös skibussipysäkit ovat yhtä lähellä. Huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle ja toimii mainiosti myös mm. perheiden käytössä. Liinavaate- ja pyyhesetit voi halutessa tilata erikseen 20 e / hlö / varaus.

Yllästar is (36.5m2) two-room apartment with a sauna in the center of Äkäslompolo, close to services. Jouni's shop is 1km away and the nearest ski trail is 100m from the apartment. The apartment is perfect for two people, but thanks to the sofa bed, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a larger group. Pets are also welcome! Please note that if you do not bring your own bed linen and towel set, it must be ordered separately for 25 eur/person/visit delivered to the apartment.

Car can be parked in front of the door. Suitable for two adults, there are two beds upstairs. Lot of space for your equipment. Extra persons only upon agreement. Here nothing is too far away: Ski tracks start at the front door, stores and restaurants are within a walking distance, and even the ski resort can be easily reached with the ski bus or your own car. For remote workers we have a computer desk, fast wifi, and a 27" screen upstairs. In the winter you can see the northern lights from the front door thanks to the open environment around the apartment.
