The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Si tratta di un moderno loft, nel cuore di una villa dei primi del Novecento. È stato appena restaurato e arricchito dalla presenza di mobili antichi. La zona giorno a piano terra con il divano letto e il camino funzionante; la zona notte si trova al piano di sopra, arricchita dall’utilizzo di un pavimento in castagno dell’Etna.
