Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. A boat licence is required and extra deposit

The house is a minute walk from Sa Tuna beach, one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Brava. Sa Tuna has stunning scenery with pristine waters surrounded by pine trees and still retains the feeling of a fishing village. Our house has a privileged location in an elevated position with a magnificient terrace overlooking the cove. The traditional Catalan house is full of character with high ceilings, airy and loads of light. It is an oasis of tranquility and perfect for unwinding.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
