Racons del Fort: Castle in wine territory

A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

This stunning, newly refurbished Penthouse apartment is located in the very heart of the Óld Town´of Sitges. Only 100 meters from the beach it has breathtaking sea, mountain and port views from the spacious, private roof terrace. There are two, newly decorated, double bedrooms with en- bathrooms. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is Wifi throughout. Flat screen smart TV, BBQ on the huge roof terrace with amazing sea views and two outside dining areas.

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Lleva a toda la familia a este fantástico alojamiento con un montón de espacio exterior, Barbacoa con terraza coubierta, Piscina climatizada ,salón con bracero.. sótano, Billar, fotbolin, Diana y cuarto Tv..planta baja y exterior adaptado movilidad reducida. wifi, espacio para traba, aire acon, lavadora y más. dispo 5 habitaciones y 4 baños y 1 estudio para 3 P equipado.A 1.5km de la playa de Coma-ruga.. donde se encuentra terrazas y restaurantes a pie de la palya de riuet de agua termal.

Located in the Pals-Begur area (medieval towns), our villa is located 10-15’ by car from the most beautiful Costa Brava beaches 🏖️, 45’ from Girona and 1:30’ from Barcelona 🕍. Enjoy the swimming pool (8mx3m) the poolhouse during the warm season 🍹 and the fireplace and winter sports (2h from ski resorts ⛷️) in the wintertime 🪵. Also close to the Villa, you got wineyards, well-known golf clubs, and kids attractions.
