CASA D'ALTA MUNTANYA AMB ENCANT I CONFORT

La Casa Vella Arrero, és una casa típica de muntanya del s.XVIII, completament restaurada des de l’any 2018, on en tot moment s’ha volgut mantenir la essència de les construccions típiques del Pirineu , amb pedra i fusta. La casa presenta un encant innat, rústic i elegant on s’hi ha pogut introduir elements de confort i modernitat . La casa està tota il·luminada mitjançant un sistema d’il·luminació càlida amb leds, en consonància amb l'entorn de descans que ens ofereix la seva ubicació.

Apartamento Ático con vistas Roní (Portainé)

Este apartamento es tranquilo. Todo exterior. Consta de salón/comedor con cocina americana, balcón con vistas , sofá, smart TV. La cocina viene equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, vitrocerámica, utensilios para cocinar, cafetera Nespresso y tradicional. El baño es completo. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y que tiene un pequeño balcón exterior y la segunda con dos camas individuales. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old rectory offers fantastic views towards the Port Ainé ski station and over the Norguera Pallaressa river valley. Ideally located just 20 minutes from the Aiguestortes national park, 15 minutes from Esterri d'Àneu and just 10 minutes from the bars, restaurants and supermarket in Llavorsí. This eco-friendly house with its solar panels and biomass stoves is recently renovated combining original features and modern living.
