Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Parawai Bay Lakeside Retreat

Welcome to the gorgeous Parawai Bay, Lakeside Rotorua. Located just 10 minutes drive from Rotorua city centre or a short cycle, run or walk down the Ngongotaha trail. We are positioned directly on the Lakes edge with stunning panoramic views. Wake up to the seamless views from your luxurious Bed. Open up the bi-fold doors onto your own private patio area. Relax in the Spa. Take the Paddle Boards or Kayaks out or soak up the sunshine. Make use of the E-scooters & Bikes or Netflix & chill.

Delightful rural 2 Bedroom home with stunning panoramic views of rolling farmland from the main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area, with a wonderful large north facing deck. This home is only 5 mins from Ngongotaha Village. A short drive to the Agrodome, Agroventures, Fairy Springs, and Skyline Skyrides. Just a 12 min drive to Rotorua City. There is walking access to the popular trout fishing 'Waiteti Stream', so pack your favourite fishing gear during the local trout fishing season.

Our family of 4 would love to host you in our newly built bnb. Enjoy your own private setting with a peaceful view and open living. After exploring and enjoying the endless activities nearby (see notes) you can relax in the spa, light the outdoor fire, and make yourself at home. Suitable for couples wanting a relaxing break. House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.
