Aurora Spinalonga Garden Villa with Jacuzzi Pool

Nestled among lush greenery, this charming villa cottage offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. Featuring four cozy bedrooms (all with air conditioning), three bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it combines comfort with nature. The retreat garden is surrounded by pomegranate, lemon, and olive trees. Guests can enjoy a private preheated pool with jacuzzi (4.20 x 3.40 m, depth 0.90 m). Τέλος, ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το μπάνιο του στη θάλασσα με ησυχία αφού έχει ιδιωτική πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα και να χαλαρώσει στις ξαπλώστρες που διαθέτει το κατάλυμα.

The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

Located 9 km from the city centre, 5 km from the Heraklion airport and 1 km from the Karteros beach, the villa is a unique destination for relaxation and easy access to many locations. The accomodation is brand new with modern architecture and has been constructed in 2025. There is a quiet and sunny terrace, where the visitor can relax, enjoy their food and drink, with a panoramic view of the sea of ​​Merampelo. There is also a large balcony with comfortable armchairs and seats with an unobstructed view of the Cretan Sea and the island of Agioi Pantes. Our home is located 2 MINUTES WALK from city center though it is in a quiet street next to the lake. The House was built at the middle of the 20th century,it's a stone house and One of the oldest and unique in their kind that you can rent in the city of Agios Nikolaos. Location of the home is ideal especially if you are dreaming of waking up and just walking to every single bit of the city.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
