Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.

You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

It offers breathtaking views over the entire Pagasetic Gulf and the mountain of the "Centaurs". It features two floors and a 1,000 sq.m. garden with fruit trees, herbs, and a vegetable garden.

A traditional stone house in the center of the village of Saint George at Pelion Mountain, having at the same time the perfect privacy. A small studio-house, next to a mountain creek, ideal for a cool stay during the hot greek summer. Lush greenery, large yard with a great view to the village and the sea. -there is no wifi (yet). The semi-double suits two children or a couple with minimal space needs. A/C, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and Smart TV with Netflix. Cozy and relaxing, close to the square and nature.
