Villa Ellza on shore of Lake Ohrid

Villa Elza is on the very shore of Lake Ohrid, in the fishermen’s neighborhood of Kaneo. In its three bedrooms on the upper floor, the house has seven beds and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and the small terrace overlook the lake. The roomy, old-fashioned kitchen boasts all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large living room overlooking the lake is connected with the two terraces, the lower of the two being used as a private beach. The house has Internet and cable TV.

Ολοκαίνουργιο, ζεστό,πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο στούντιο, ιδανικό για ζευγάρια με πανοραμική θέα στη λίμνη της Καστοριάς που κόβει την ανάσα!!! Χαλαρώστε στο king size κρεβάτι και απολαύστε την μαγευτική θέα! Υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης extra πτυσσόμενου κρεβατιού για φιλοξενία ενός ακόμα ατόμου. Διαθέτει ένα μικρό καθιστικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο, εστίες αφής, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα κ.α. Απέχει μόλις 150μ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διατίθεται ελεύθερος χώρος parking.

Το εξοχικό μας είναι στις Πρέσπες στο χωριό Καλλιθέα. Άριστη επιλογή και για οικογένεια ή παρέα, να νιώσει άνετα, να κοιμηθεί άνετα και να έχει όλες τις κλασσικές τυπικές ανέσεις. Η ευρύχωρη κουζίνα με την υπέροχη θέα, θα σας παροτρύνει να απολαύσετε ένα δυνατό πρωινό πριν εξερευνήσετε την περιοχή. Πλησίον υπάρχει παντοπωλείο, το μουσείο του ΕΑΜ-ΕΛΑΣ-ΔΣΕ. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι κοντά στο χιονοδρομικό Βίγλας, στις λίμνες και δίπλα σε βουνά, με τη μοναδική του θέα ιδανική για ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.

serene stone house

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Είναι το μοναδικό χωριό στις όχθες της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας και είναι ανακηρυγμένος παραδοσιακός οικισμός. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφέ και παντοπωλείο. οι επισκέπτες να κάνουν βαρκάδα στα νερά της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας, μια σπάνια εμπειρία στα υδάτινα σύνορα των τριών κρατών.

Το κατάλυμα Villa Petra βρίσκεται στον παραλίμνιο οικισμό της Μικρολίμνης Πρεσπών (Μικρή Πρέσπα). Πετρόχτιστο στις παρυφές του όρους Τρικλάριο κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο δάσος, ενδείκνυται για ήρεμες διακοπές απολαμβάνοντας την φυσική ομορφιά του Εθνικού Πάρκου Πρεσπών. Ο οικισμός της Μικρολίμνης βρίσκεται στις όχθες της Μικρής Πρέσπας (η παραλία του οικισμού απέχει 2 λεπτά από το κατάλυμα). Το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο της Βίγλας απέχει 16 χιλιόμετρα.
