An apartment right in the middle of Crete so you can tour the whole island. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find deserted beaches, quiet traditional villages and endless dirt roads for a walk, while two major cities are not far away. Heraklion is 35 km and Rethymno 42. The apartment has a comfortable courtyard. The sunset from the courtyard is literally amazing.The apartment has wifi, smart TV, air condition, washing machine and anything else that makes the accommodation easier.

A really beautiful, modern and fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment. At the center of Agia Pelagia, few steps away from the beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the pharmacy, the municipal car parking, the bus and taxi services. It has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Also the couch transforms into a small bed (130cmx102cm). Towels, bed sheets,cleaning products are provided. It has a fully organized kitchen, a beautiful and spacious veranda with barbecue, and partial view at the beach.

"Villa Balcony", Cozy Villa with Amazing View

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. Our place is build in the area of the Village Agios Mironas near iraklion (28km) in the Island of Creta. The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
