A really beautiful, modern and fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment. At the center of Agia Pelagia, few steps away from the beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the pharmacy, the municipal car parking, the bus and taxi services. It has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Also the couch transforms into a small bed (130cmx102cm). Towels, bed sheets,cleaning products are provided. It has a fully organized kitchen, a beautiful and spacious veranda with barbecue, and partial view at the beach.

Relaxing vacation by the sea is something you have to live visiting Crete. My apartment is located at the traditional village of Agia Pelagia just 50m from the beach. You can enjoy relaxing moments at the apartment or you can explore nearby beaches. Moreover the area provides other services like supermarket, watersports, restaurants and cafes in cloce walking distance. Enjoy the Cretan hospitality and the crystal clear waters whether you are traveling with your family or friends.

Lovely seaside studio, Crete

This 26 square meters studio can comfortably host two people. It is located right on the beach (just 20 meters to the sand) in Agia Pelagia. It is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, mini cooker and oven, coffee maker and other amenities. Guests are provided with extra towels, bed clothing and beach towels. It is a safe neighborhood, sometimes noisy but your privacy and quiet environment are ensured by curtains and shutters. There is also a 32" smart TV and fast WiFi.

The apartment is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Psaromoura beach and within 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Agia Pelagia village and its main beach. Shops including restaurants, cafes, car rentals, supermarket, gift shops and more are also within 5 minutes walk. Distance from Heraklion port and airport is approximately 22km. It is surrounded in a very peaceful landscape next to olive groves making it ideal for relaxation and tranquility.

Το διαμέρισμα Laia Seafront είναι στον 1ο όροφο, πάνω στην παραλία της Αγίας Πελαγίας με θέα την θάλασσα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως τον Ιούνιο 2018. Είναι ολόκληρος χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα , έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά κρεβάτια- καναπέδες . Επίσης υπάρχει κουζίνα με ψυγείο , (υπάρχει η δυνατότητα μαγειρέματος) . Έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Υπάρχει μπαλκόνι με καθιστικό για να απολαύσεις την θέα!
