there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

The apartment is situated in Papagos, one of the greenest and most quiet suburbs of Athens. The metro station (Ethniki Amyna) is 900m; the bus stop is 20m away. Right across the street you can find the entrance of Alsos Papagou, an amazing park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a dog park, a football field, a track and field, a theatre and one of the most famous cafe-restaurants in Athens: Piu Verde. Ideal place for business destinations.The studio/apartment is only 10min away from the airport of Athens in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy and homy environment based on the hellenic culture with decoration from the early 50's. This hospitable studio is able to accommodate 2 people(King size bed) and another couple of adult people(Sofa/bed). You can enjoy our lovely weather with a traditional greek coffee outside in our garden and ask us for information about the local wineries!!

It is good for business travelers, couples, families , big groups, and furry friends (pets). It is very convenient for hiking or cycling activities. It has a parking space and also free street parking.
