This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

This cozy home was remodeled specifically to host travelers. Every effort has been made to provide the amenities people seek while away from home. Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests.
