Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints.

Tulip Tree Cottage was originally the village school house built in the 1870's and now a comfortable and newly converted home situated in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within walking distance of the village supermarket, pharmacy and 3 good pubs, this is the perfect place for a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends. Or you could just make a lovely weekend of it and visit all of our lovely coast and countryside .... cottage much bigger than the pictures. After all.... We are known as the "Garden of England ". Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Walking distance from the Mermaid Pub, family-run butcher, independent baker and welcoming tea room, as well as other local excellent pubs & The Pig in Bridge. Plenty of walks and cycle routes from the door step. Relax by the wood burning stove, eat at the cottage/pub, take a lovely dog walk and enjoy the peaceful setting.
