Come stay at our unique three-bedroom suite adjacent to the Youghiogheny River, white water rafting, and the Kendall Trail. Thoughtfully designed with many amenities for your comfort and located upstairs for a peaceful river view. There is a big private and free parking lot in the back for your stay. We are in walkable length to local restaurants, gas stations, bank, pub, post office, vehicle mechanic, park, pharmacy, and good people. Come stay and be our guests. Deep Creek Lake 8 miles away.

The main lvl primary suite boasts a king bed, & a luxurious en-suite full bath. Wood-burning fireplace in the grand living area, cozy furnishings & open-concept which connects the living space & fully-equipped kitchen. The sun room offers panoramic views of the landscape. ADventure Lodge

ADventure Lodge is located in the beautiful Turkey Foot Valley, where the Youghiogheny, the Casselman, and Laurel Hill Creek join together. Enjoy biking, hiking, rafting, and lake activities (including boating, swimming, and fishing). In the winter, go cross-country skiing and enjoy 3 Ski Resorts within a 30-minute drive. Our family-friendly location features a spacious living room that feels like a lodge, making it the perfect place to spend quality time with family after outdoor activities.

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

The KLAE House is perfectly situated within sight of the GAP Bike Trail and within walking distance to the Casselman River. Also, centrally located near Ohiopyle State Park, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Yough Lake, Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and much more. This home has been completely renovated and designed with a unique vintage/modern style. The KLAE House is the perfect getaway for a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by nature on your own private hillside.

One of a kind Lord of The Rings themed Hobbit House. With hidden surprises around every turn. You won't be able to stop uncovering the small details that will add to your enjoyment of your stay. Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Bear Creek Get-A-Way

This Dog friendly 2 story 3 Bedroom Cabin sits on 6 acres of solitude. Relax by the firepit, cookout on the grill, pick one of three access paths to sit, fish or swim in the Creek or hangout on the back porch listening to sounds of the water babbling over the rocks. Flanigan Farmhouse - Cozy, modern 3 bdr on 4 acres

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

The Conduit at Confluence

25 minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, 10 mins. from Ohiopyle, 100 yards from the river and less than a mile to Lake Yeogh. The Conduit at Confluence is your place to stay to get back in touch with nature. The Allegheny passage bike/hike trail is right in town, with Ohiopyle a short and flat hour bike ride away. The home has all of the modern conveniences, including deck for relaxing and grilling, and a fenced backyard for the pups.
