Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Our Country Inn is conveniently located near DIA (airport). A great place to stop on your way to a Colorado vacation. Our setting, with a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains, creates the mood of quiet unhurried country living and tranquility. A continental breakfast is included in the basic rate; however a complete gourmet breakfast will be served for an additional fee in our informal dining room. Fast food restaurants, gas, and a grocery market; just 5 min. away. Wifi , TV , heat & air.

A walk-in closet with a mini refrigerator and coffee machine ready for you. You have your own dedicated bathroom, less than 5 steps away from your room. Please note that the main entrance is shared, no private entrance for this room. Street parking is available, usually in front of the of our home. Please no parking on driveway.

This is a private bedroom with shared bathroom in Green Valley Ranch Denver CO. It is about 10 minutes by car to Denver International Airport and walking distance to restaurants, grocery. It is 10 mins to Gaylord Rockies Resort. It is about 7 mins by car to public lightrail direct to downtown/airport. Denver convention center is only 20-30 min away. Park and playground near by. There is a coffee table for all guests. The room is upstairs and the stairs has 15 steps, not good for wheelchair

This is a private room with a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, desk and chair and a closet. A mini fridge is also in the room for your convenience, stocked with water to keep you hydrated and a keurig is also in the room with a small coffee/tea station. Guests are welcome to use our laundry room, patio area, shared bathroom, and kitchen. There is smart TV to keep up on all your favorite shows during your stay. There is an ironing board/iron available.

Also abouts 2-5 minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, gasoline stations, and to the park, or every things are on the walking distance. Smoking only outside the house.
