This fully renovated one bedroom apartment is on a ground floor and boasts a large shaded outdoor patio area with a peek-a-boo sea view. It is nestled among other traditional white small buildings providing a traditional local Greek Island flare. There is a living room space with kitchen annex, slick modern bathroom and a separate bedroom with double bed. Living room sofa pulls-out to a comfortable double bed. Decor is simple and minimal with a pinch of nature and monochromatic relaxing colors

The finely refurbished studio is located on peninsula of Pollonia, the most fancy and beautiful city of Milos (not only our opinion). As the map shows you are surrounded by water. Whenever you turn when you go out of the apartment, in 30 seconds you find yourself either enjoying the sunset, or the beautiful port of Pollonia with the view of Kimolos Island or with the most stunning view of the sea. The studio offers significant amount of private space, with its 3 private outdoor terraces.

Wood and Stone is located in the quiet part of Adamas and still very close to all the cafeterias,restaurants and shops of the area. The guest can reach the center of Adamas in only 6-7 min. on foot and have access to all the means of transportation. The house is spacious (40m2),parking is extremely easy and and from the veranda one can enjoy the view of the bay . It is family run and hospitality is our main concern!
