Quiet sweet place with covered garden balcony

Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

About an hour to Portland or the beach. Walking distance to Crescent Valley High school. Comfy king size bed, large shower, flat screen tv, wifi and privacy from main house. If you prefer a noisy city atmosphere, this place is not for you! Our little cottage is small so we do not accept children or pets .

This c.1920 cottage sleeps four comfortably, a private driveway, backyard, and outside seating areas including a lovely front porch. The neighborhood is one of the best in Albany, full of quaint, beautiful, historic homes. Your hosts have lived in this neighborhood for over 50 years.
