Railway Quarter - Short Riverside Walk to Centre

York’s historic city centre can be reached in a 15-minute stroll alongside a scenic riverside walk. 2 bedrooms. One master room with a double bed and another room with a double and a single bed in the same room. Downstairs is a living, Dining, Kitchen, bathroom and small yard. There is free on-street parking.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

The Pigsty- Haxby Road Farm

The Pigsty was part of Haxby Road Farm buildings which were renovated in 2022 / 2023 to create a rustic holiday cottage. The cottage is; 2 .5 miles to York city center, close to bridle paths and footpaths (200m). There is a bus stop approx 400m from the cottage which goes directly to York. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to 2 cinemas, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect location to explore York, the local area or enjoy a night out.

A cosy victorian terraced house situated by the historic city walls. In walking distance of all that York has to offer including main tourist attractions, live music venues and a superb selection of bars / restaurants. Our house was built in 1890 dating back to the Victorian era. Offering homely accommodation, perfect for a family or group of four. After a long day of exploring our historic city, Farrar Cottage invites you for a relaxing bubble bath before a cosy night in.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

A spacious, self-contained apartment in our unique Victorian town house, with separate front door and back door to the garden. We are 8 minutes' walk from the largest cathedral in Northern Europe - York Minster - and about 10 minutes from the railway station. Your apartment has a myriad of original features, including the servants' bells in the bedroom and wooden shutters to the windows in both the sitting room and the bedroom.

Pear Tree Barn, York 5m, Village Location

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
