Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

La Casa è stata totalmente ristrutturata ed è su un unico livello in un piano rialzato di un appartamento storico al centro di Catania ed è composta da 3 comode camere da letto (con aria condizionata),  due bagni e un ampio soggiorno con divano letto adiacente alla cucina. Dal soggiorno è possibile accedere da un ampio terrazzo esterno dove troverete un bellissimo  angolo di verde dove potrete soggiornare e mangiare nella massima tranquillità nelle calde serate d'estate Catanese.

Un piccolo appartamento indipendente che si affaccia su un cortile interno. Ricavato in un edificio di fine Ottocento, presenta ancora il pavimento originale in mattonelle di cemento, che è stato conservato per quanto possibile. Un'oasi quasi di campagna nascosta nella città storica, in un quartiere popolare vicinissimo al complesso barocco dell'ex monastero dei Benedettini e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Con la possibilità di godere anche del giardino comune.
