Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Η Magnolia είναι ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στην πλατεία Γεωργίου στο κέντρο της Πάτρας! Με τη μοναδική θέα του θεάτρου Απόλλων (έργο του Ερνέστου Τσίλλερ). Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2020 με διακόσμηση σε μινιμαλιστικό ύφος. Ο γνωστός street artist Taish έβαλε την υπογραφή του στο graffiti που δεσπόζει στο χώρο. I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 100μ από το Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου & το Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών (πρώην ΤΕΙ Δυτικής Ελλάδος), δημιουγήσαμε για τους επισκέπτες μας ένα ζεστό, καλαίσθητο και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα ημι-ισογείου. Βρίσκεται κοντά στην έξοδο 3 της Περιμετρικής Πατρών και πλησίον του Παμπελοποννησιακού Σταδίου. Με ευκολία στο παρκάρισμα. Πλησίον στάσης λεωφορείων (γραμμές 2,8). Χρειάζεται να κατεβείτε τρία σκαλοπάτια, ενώ έχει πρόσβαση σε προστατευμένη ιδιωτική αυλή.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στα 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και στα 100 μέτρα από την εθνική οδό για γρήγορη πρόσβαση στη πόλη της Πάτρας με την χρηση αστικής συγκοινωνίας προαστιακού η με το αυτοκίνητο. Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.
