Orchard View welcomes guests to a beautiful cozy, country stay. The accommodation is located to the left of our family home within our farmyard. Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

Luxury Hideaway

Tiny Cedar built apartment set apart from the main house. Located within a 20minute walk to the Silverstone Circuit. It comes complete secure parking for one car and it’s own seated decking area with hot tub. The self contained apartment comprises of a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom with electric double bed. The Cobbles

Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

Shepherd's Hut in Silverstone, Cosy, Rural, Views

Our unique cosy Shepherd's Hut is beautifully handcrafted in timber and includes small luxuries within a traditional rural space. Fully fitted kitchen, gas hob, oven and fridge. A king size double bed, shower and toilet. A log burner for chillier times and fully insulated. Sooth yourself with our luxury handmade sheep milk soap. Fresh eggs from our chickens. Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

Welcome to Glebe Farm Bed & Breakfast, your own quiet private detached annexe. Ground floor, with lockable entrance door, off road parking in front of annexe & countryside views. En-suite, double bedroom, sitting room, table/work space. Fridge with water, fresh milk, tea /coffee, kettle. Crockery. Under floor heating, heated towel rail, smart tv, Wi-Fi. Iron & Ironing board, hairdryer. NO kitchen -Menu to choose a full English breakfast served to you in the annexe at a time of your choice.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Apple tree lodge

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . Also a great location for the park and ride to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. *20 steps leading up to the property *

Charming Self Contained Apartment (Hilton Suite)

The Hilton Suite is one of three, very peaceful , self contained studio apartments in the scenic country village of Maids Moreton, situated close to MI, M40, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bicester and Oxford. 12 minutes to Silverstone GP circuit , 6 minutes to Stowe National Trust for great walks, and 4 minutes on foot to delightful historic Wheatsheaf pub ! I aim to provide a comfortable stay in a friendly , quiet and relaxed country setting for both business and pleasure.

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

This is a well-maintained studio annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a single bed. The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette including a washer dryer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The annexe has a smart TV & free Netflix. Less than 10 mins drive to Northampton town centre & the Motorway. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

A listed 2 bedroom cottage recently renovated to a high standard in a quiet village location. The cottage is surrounded by garden on three sides with 2 outdoor sitting areas. Views at the end of the garden of beautiful rural Northamptonshire farmland. This idyllic property is perfect for romantic weekends away, for small families and has easy access to Silverstone Race Track in the next door village.
