Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Families welcomed to Peaceful Absecon Bay Area @ Heritage Park. Only 7 mile to Brigantine Island, Downtown Atlantic City Boardwalk, Casinos &,Free Beach. Absecon public boat ramp at Absecon Inlet for kayak, canoes, boats. House has 100’ long Driveway easy to park boat & vehicles. Has large Fenced yard. Few blocks to Restaurants, Pubs, Lindy Hops Icee, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Seafood & grocery shops & much more. One mile to Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge & Smithville Village 1 1/2 mile.

Our rear deck overlooks a peaceful backyard including saltwater in-ground pool, outdoor CrossFit training equipment, basketball hoop and cedar gazebo. Inside features all new furniture and bedding with spa-like master bath. Our home is located in a very safe and quiet part of town with a fully fenced-in backyard.
